The LGK-630HD inverter air plasma cutting machine. With an output current exceeding 630A, it delivers handheld cutting capacity of 100mm (carbon steel) and maximum severance of 170mm. Ideal for boilers, pressure vessels, chemical tanks, metallurgy, and metal recycling.
The LGK-630HD features triple independent power modules for fault-tolerant operation, consumable life monitoring (alarm or auto-stop), auto current limiting (≤160A) for air-cooled torches, and real-time coolant monitoring. Smart fan runs during cutting and stops 5 minutes after, reducing dust intake and extending life.
Suitable for hand-held and mechanized cutting. Non-contact ignition, working air pressure 0.4–0.6MPa. Rated input 265A (174.4kVA), 60% duty cycle (40°C). IP21S protection, net weight 275kg, dimensions 1100×480×1570mm.
