The LMZ Series H-beam Gantry-Type Automatic Submerged Arc Welding Machine is primarily used for welding H-beams. Utilizing the submerged arc welding process and equipped with two welding systems, it performs automatic submerged arc welding of two H-beams in the ship-shaped position. It features high welding current, high welding efficiency, and excellent weld quality.
Product Introduction
- 1. The welding power source and wire feeder utilize the inverter series ZD7 DC arc welding power source and the MZ9 wire feeder head, which features three patented technologies, offering stable performance and high reliability. Single-wire single-arc or twin-wire twin-arc welding systems can be configured according to user requirements.
- 2. Equipped with an automatic bi-directional arc guiding device that provides dynamic seam tracking and enables reciprocating welding in both directions, ensuring weld quality and improving work efficiency.
- 3. An automatic flux feeding and recovery system reduces flux consumption and labor intensity while increasing productivity – unmatched by manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.
- 4. Gantry travel is controlled by a frequency inverter and driven by an AC motor, achieving stepless speed regulation.
- 5. Integrated design of mechanical motion control and welding power source control for convenient operation.
- 6. The gantry welding power source is placed on the gantry platform, ensuring that the control cables from the power source to the control box are as short as possible, reducing welding interruptions caused by control cable issues during operation. The negative cable conducts power through a conductive device on the traveling frame that contacts the rail.
