The workstation is mainly composed of welding robot, robot control system, 3D camera, offline programming software, intelligent process database and industrial control machine, welding power supply, robot traveling track, robot cantilever frame, dust removal system and other peripheral accessories.

Only 5 steps are needed to complete the programming and welding, which are model importing, recognizing the weld seam, generating the robot photo trajectory; taking photos to obtain the welding trajectory, trajectory data and welding parameters sent to the robot to complete the welding.

Welding Expert Database

Welding expert database software provides the company's professional welding parameters, adapted to the company's robots, can be quickly sent to the welding required parameters, without the need to manually enter the welding parameters, the operator does not have to have professional welding knowledge. Combined with the 3D vision software, it can realize the rapid deployment of the robot program without trial teaching. The database structure, software programming, process test and other work related to the software are all completed independently by Huayuan engineers, which is independent and controllable, and can be customized and developed according to customers' needs. Independent development of products: rich standard configuration, support beam span and rail length customization.

Support the query and send function of data of vertical weld, horizontal weld, multi-layer multi-pass and bevel welding process.

Automatic mode support with 3D vision welding system (teaching-free), real-time issue to robot welding use, without manual intervention.

According to the plate thickness information and related rules, automatically calculate the welding foot size, or manually input the plate thickness information as needed. For example, if you get or manually input the plate thickness of 10mm from the model, and the welding foot size rule is 0.7 times of the plate thickness, you will automatically get the welding foot height of 7mm, and then automatically match the process parameters with the 7mm welding foot height, and automatically send it to the robot.

Support to add user-defined data, prioritize the use of user-defined data.

Real-time display of the sent data, and generate a process table for later optimization of the process. The welding parameters of each weld will produce a record file, which is easy to query and optimize at a later stage.

Separate basic function and setting function to avoid misoperation. Under normal circumstances, only the operation interface is displayed, and the parameter setting and modification interface requires the input of a password to enter, to avoid misoperation.
